Responses to entries

Readers who wish to respond to a specific entry — adding their own observations, querying a detail, or noting a divergent pattern — are encouraged to write. Selected letters are acknowledged in the archive.

Corrections

Factual corrections

The Gazette takes corrections seriously. If a reader identifies a factual error in a published entry, we ask them to write with the specific passage and the correction they are proposing. All accepted corrections are noted publicly.

Subject proposals

Readers familiar with an area of everyday nutrition or seasonal food practice that has not yet appeared in the Gazette may propose it as a subject for future fieldwork. The editorial team reviews all proposals.
